NEXT LEVEL TEAMS
A Team That Sees Itself Clearly Works Better
Six forums that turn self-awareness into team performance. Your people learn how each person is wired, build one shared language, and do their real work better together.
Who It’s For
FOR EXECUTIVES & ORG LEADERS
You want a specific team to work better together. This gives them a shared language and honest self-awareness, then a guided rhythm to use both, without pulling them out of their actual jobs.
FOR TEAM LEADERS
You want to bring your team through this yourself. You’ll get your own coaching alongside the forums, so you’re leading the team and growing as its leader at the same time.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Next Level Teams is a guided team cohort built on four key components:

Team Forums
Two hours together every three weeks, where the team does its CORE work: processing what they’re learning about themselves and each other, out loud, as a group.
Monthly Team-Leader Coaching
A 60-minute group coaching session each month where the Leaders Rising Network team shows up with all participating team leaders together. It’s a chance for them to process their most relevant learnings and opportunities, and put things into action.
Team Exercises Between Forums
A short, practical exercise the team runs together between forums, so the learning lands in real work instead of staying theory.
A Team Assessment
The team takes a single assessment at the start and again at the end, so growth is something you can see, not just feel.
THE LEARNING JOURNEY
100 Days | Six Forums
1. Discover Your Voice
Each person learns how they are naturally wired and what it is like to be on the other side of them. This is where shared language starts.
2. The Power of Your Voice
Self-awareness becomes useful. The team learns to use the strength of each voice on purpose, instead of by accident.
3. The Sherpa Mindset
Leading by going first and bringing others with you. The posture that makes a team safe enough to be honest.
4. The Art of Collaboration
How the team actually works together: where decisions get made, where they get stuck, and how to move through it.
5. Team Kryptonite
The unnamed patterns that weaken a team. The team learns the tools to overcome them intentionally.
6. The Path Forward
The team turns this season of work into how they operate from here: what they keep, what they change, and what comes next.
WHY IT WORKS
Clearer People, Healthier Teams.
We give your team real tools, and we make sure they get used. That starts with each person seeing how they’re wired and what it’s like to be on the other side of them, then building one shared language the whole team speaks. Once people understand themselves and the people around them, the tools get used week to week, in the work your team is already doing. That’s a team worth being part of.
Clearer, faster decisions, and fewer repeated conversations.
The honest conversations the team used to avoid.
One shared language for how each person works.
Healthy conflict that moves the work forward.
A team leader who can see what’s really going on, and lead it.
Team health you can measure, from the first assessment to the last.
Built for how teams actually work
The whole thing runs around the work your team is already doing.
Fully virtual
Every forum and every coaching call happens online. No travel, no offsite, no half-day out of the building.
About two hours, every three weeks
One two-hour forum every three weeks, plus a short team exercise between forums. Team leaders add a monthly coaching call of their own.
Practiced in real work
The team practices each tool in the work they’re already doing, right after they learn it.
THE PROOF
The Proof Is in the Method
Most teams have sat through training that promised change and left a binder on the shelf. We understand the skepticism; we carry it too. Our method starts with the 5 Voices: the shared language a team builds for how each person is wired and what it’s like to work with them. We’ve run this work for years inside banks, manufacturers, hospitals, and government teams.
Here are a couple of the people we’ve done it with.
“Leaders Rising has made us better. Their work has had an incredible impact on our company culture and our overall organization. It transforms the way we support and relate to each other. It provides common language across teams and departments to open avenues of communication that never existed before.”
CMO, Engineering & Manufacturing Company
“[Our nurses] become more self-aware, confident, better at managing their teams, and more collaborative with better decision-making skills. Investing in the program contributes to our employee engagement, growth, and retention. It also helped us cultivate a culture where every voice is valued, celebrated, and supported.”
Laarni Florencio, MSN, RN, CNL, NYP / PNA Nurses Association

Frequently Asked Questions
How does a team join?
The team leader applies, then the whole team starts together. There’s a team-leader orientation in August and the first forum in September, so everyone begins on the same page.
Is this in person or virtual?
Fully virtual. Every forum and coaching session happens online.
How much time does this take?
A two-hour forum every three weeks, plus a short exercise the team runs together between forums. Team leaders also join a monthly 60-minute group coaching session with the other team leaders.
What’s the schedule?
Six forums over about 100 days, all on Thursday mornings, 10am–12pm ET (9–11 CT, 7–9 PT):
Orientation (team leaders): Thursday, August 27, 10–11am ET
Forum 1: Thursday, September 10
Forum 2: Thursday, October 1
Forum 3: Thursday, October 22
Forum 4: Thursday, November 12
Forum 5: Thursday, December 3
Forum 6: Thursday, December 17
Team leaders also meet monthly for a 60-minute group coaching session, scheduled with the group. The whole run finishes before the holidays. These dates are tentative and may shift slightly; we’ll confirm them with your team before the cohort begins.
What does the team assessment measure?
It’s a snapshot of how your team is working together. You take it at the start and again at the end, so you can see what changed.
How big should the team be?
It works best for a team of up to 8 that already meets and makes decisions together. If you’re not sure your team is a fit, reach out through Let’s Talk and we’ll help you figure it out.
What’s the investment?
The investment is $1,800 a month for five months, one flat price for your whole team: $9,000 total for all six forums. Register by August 27 to lock that rate; after that it’s $2,100 a month. The first payment is due with registration, then on the 10th of each month through December.
