How often do cohorts start?
We launch two groups a year, one in the fall and one in the first quarter, with limited spots to ensure quality relationships.
Can individuals apply without being nominated?
Yes. Spots are available for public and organizational applicants.
What is the group schedule?
The group calls are every other week for 90 minutes. 1:1 coaching calls are scheduled monthly for 30 minutes. Individual (asynchronous) online learning and training requires about 30 minutes each week.
• The Fall 2026 group will kick off in September and wrap up by mid-December.
Every other Tuesday, September 22 through December 15. 10am – 11:30 CT. Orientation call is on Tuesday, September 8, 10-11am.
• The Spring 2027 group will kick off in the first quarter and wrap up by late spring. Dates will be announced this fall.
What is the application deadline and payment schedule?
The investment for each participant in Next Level Leaders is $600 each month for 4 months when you apply ahead of orientation.
Applications received after orientation and before session 2 may still be considered if space is available, and will be billed at $700 each month. After session 2, applications will be on the waitlist for the next cohort.
