Next Level Leaders is a 4-month guided cohort experience that includes:
Weekly Leadership Training
Weekly on-demand video training on our leadership platform focused on learning & practical tools (~30-minutes)
Weekly Leadership Exercise & Challenge
Weekly guides to improve personal leadership & put into practice with others
Bi-Weekly Core Group Sessions
Large Group and Small Group session aimed at deepening understanding & application while providing accountability on the journey (90 minutes)
Monthly 1:1 Coaching with a certified Leadership Guide
Coaching to help process learning and take meaningful action toward your goals (30 minutes)

Frequently Asked Questions
How often do cohorts start?
We launch new groups 3x a year, in January, April, and September with limited spots to ensure quality relationships.
Can individuals apply without being nominated?
Yes. Spots are available for public and organizational applicants.
What is the group schedule?
The group calls are every other week for 90 minutes. 1:1 coaching calls are scheduled monthly for 30 minutes. Individual (asynchronous) online learning and training requires about 30 minutes each week.
We will share specific dates ahead of each cohort.
• The Q1 group will kickoff in late January and wrap-up by mid-May.
• The Q2 group will kickoff in late April and wrap-up by mid-July.
• The Fall 2025 group will kickoff in September and wrap-up by mid December.
Every other Tuesday, September 23 through December 16. 10am – 11:30 CT. Orientation call Tuesday, September 16, 10-11am.
