PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Next Level Teams is a guided team cohort built on four key components:

Team Forums

Two hours together every three weeks, where the team does its CORE work: processing what they’re learning about themselves and each other, out loud, as a group.

Monthly Team-Leader Coaching

A 60-minute group coaching session each month where the Leaders Rising Network team shows up with all participating team leaders together. It’s a chance for them to process their most relevant learnings and opportunities, and put things into action.

Team Exercises Between Forums

A short, practical exercise the team runs together between forums, so the learning lands in real work instead of staying theory.

A Team Assessment

The team takes a single assessment at the start and again at the end, so growth is something you can see, not just feel.

Each person learns how they are naturally wired and what it is like to be on the other side of them. This is where shared language starts.

2. The Power of Your Voice

Self-awareness becomes useful. The team learns to use the strength of each voice on purpose, instead of by accident.

3. The Sherpa Mindset

Leading by going first and bringing others with you. The posture that makes a team safe enough to be honest.

4. The Art of Collaboration

How the team actually works together: where decisions get made, where they get stuck, and how to move through it.

5. Team Kryptonite

The unnamed patterns that weaken a team. The team learns the tools to overcome them intentionally.

6. The Path Forward

The team turns this season of work into how they operate from here: what they keep, what they change, and what comes next.

Every forum and every coaching call happens online. No travel, no offsite, no half-day out of the building.

About two hours, every three weeks

One two-hour forum every three weeks, plus a short team exercise between forums. Team leaders add a monthly coaching call of their own.

Practiced in real work

The team practices each tool in the work they’re already doing, right after they learn it.
