Stronger Healthcare Leadership for a Digital world

Laarni Florencio, MSN, RN, CNL is a leader with the Philippine Nurses Association of America at New York-Presbyterian. The most common way her nurses were learning was to read the latest articles in their field. But more information alone doesn’t create the next leaders. That’s when Laarni and NYP came to Leaders Rising Network for a stronger solution. They needed transformation. The LRN team created a high-tech and high-touch approach for the digital realities and busy schedules of their nurses.

Nursing Leadership Development

The interdisciplinary programs led by Laarni and her team develop the whole nurse. More than 400 nurses have worked to develop their unique leadership voice since our partnership began in 2019.

Nursing leadership needs to include comprehensive content including mental health, well-being, and professional skills.

Our workshop sessions have complemented this work by providing relevant leadership skills for the fast-paced environment of nursing.
